Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how you can cancel an order or request an exchange for a product/service purchased through the VAARA BELLA platform.


1. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 7-10 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the product has been shipped, is out for delivery, or has already been delivered. In such cases, you may reject the product at the time of delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

We at VAARA BELLA do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Instead, customers are eligible to request an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

    • If the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match your expectations as per the description on the website.
    • The issue must be reported to our customer service team within 7-10 days of receiving the product. The exchange will be processed once the seller/merchant verifies the concern.
  2. Perishable Items

    • Exchange requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables will not be entertained unless the quality of the product delivered is proven to be unsatisfactory.
  3. Exchange Conditions

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Exchanges are limited to the same product or a product of equivalent value, subject to availability.

3. Warranty-Related Complaints

  • For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues should be addressed directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

4. Important Notes

  • No Refunds: VAARA BELLA strictly does not offer refunds for any purchases.
  • Exchange Processing Time: Approved exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification by our team.
